Oh no! During their last frequency experiment, the elves lost the five letters of the magic Christmas word. Find the clues and solve the riddles. Once you have found all the letters, arrange them in the correct order. Then open the lock at reception for a little surprise and sign the list. The first clue is hidden in the mailroom at 10 am.
