On Friday, May 20, our group leader James Lightfoot was awarded with this year's Academy Award of the Heidelberger Akademie der Wissenschaften. He receives the prestigious award for his findings on how tiny cannibalistic worms recognize their kin and thus remove them from their menu.
We are glad to have James with us as a group leader since 2021. Congratulations, James!
